CSV issue import (Data Center)

Tested on October 03, 2024, Jira v9.12.8, Multi-Level Cascading Select v7.0.2.

It is possible to import issues having an MLCS field using a custom CSV importer.

  • From the top bar, go to System -> External System Import and select MLCS CSV:

  • Choose the CSV file you’d like to import and click Next.

  • Setup the importation options.

  • In the Fields step, the field Summary is required to begin import.

  • After that, click on Begin Import:

When the importation process is completed, you will be redirected to a recap page:
