Migrating to Cloud

Migration failing at 99% message.
There have been reports of migration failing at 99% during test or production migrations, specifically while migrating MLCS options selected in issues. The error is related to an incorrect processing by Atlassian of our completed chunk notification, and does not affect the transfer of MLCS data.
