To filter the search results by your Multi Level Cascade values, in the Issue Navigator add your MLCS custom field to the input filter by clicking More and selecting your MLCS value. A list of filter options will be displayed.

Then, choose your Multi-level Cascading select Field:

After this, you will be asked to set the value of your MLCS Field that will filter your search:

Now, the issues will be filtered according to your MLCS value:
