Custom fields Cannot be used on Jira service management customer portal (Cloud)

This issue has been resolved.

Custom fields added to a request type in JSM will automatically hide and cannot be made visible, making it impossible to provide custom field types for JSM. This happens on any custom field.

In the following images, you can see a check box that allows you to show and hide (upon providing a preset value) the field named Description, while this option is missing for the custom field.

Multi-Level Cascading Select can now be used in costumer portals and users can interact with it. The field does not automatically hide.
