MLCS Field not loading in create/edit (Cloud)
This issue is currently under investigation with the assistance of Atlassian Support.
MLCS fields may occasionally fail to load when creating or editing issues.
The problem appears sporadically – it can affect only a few users or, in some cases, the entire organization.
When the field is set as required, this behavior may block issue creation.
Cause (under investigation)
Based on current findings and feedback from our development team alongside the Atlassian support, this issue may occur when the frontend assets of the app are blocked or not fully loaded from Atlassian’s Forge CDN.
Atlassian and our development team are actively investigating the root cause.
Troubleshooting:
If you experience this issue:
Try reproducing the problem outside your corporate network (for example, using a personal hotspot) to see if the field loads correctly. If it does, please provide feedback to us.
Record a HAR file while reproducing the error, making sure to include the request to Forge CDN (it should look like this:
https://***.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net/$ForgeAppId/***/***/main/***) and share it with us. Please also share the app ID (356cb515-0076-45f9-a9a8-0e65d3a961fa).
The HAR log will help Atlassian’s development team analyze the network requests and identify the source of the failure.
