(1 of 2) Export json tree from MLCS server / Data Center

To begin the migration, you need to download the .json file containing the fields to export.

  1. Go to Settings → Issues;

  1. Go to Custom fields on the left sidebar and edit any MLCS Custom field type. Then, click on the 3 dots ... → configure contexts;

  1. Go to edit options of your custom field;

  1. Click on Export CustomFields on the right side.

Once you've finished exporting the configuration, proceed to your Jira Cloud instance and follow the procedure outlined in the next part of the process, (1 of 2) Import JSON tree to MLCS Cloud.
